Britain's Chief Environmental Adviser Says Having Too Many Kids Harms The Environment

Sir Jonathon Porritt, Britain's Chief Environmental Adviser, predicts that before long having more than 2 children will be considered socially and environmentally irresponsible.
His remarks were met with varied reactions and opposed vociferously by anti-abortion groups and Conservatives who said that the birth rate should increase so there are enough workers in the future.
