Iraqi's Take Over "Green Zone" And Command Of U.S. Troops

In a move that marks the beginning of the end of the United States' control over Iraq Authority over the Green Zone and control over the U.S. Army in Iraq.

What this means is that from this point on United States forces will act in an instructive and advisory capacity and no longer make unilateral decisions.
